My friends and I had an amazing city break with everything we wanted. We loved the traditional yet modern rooms, especially the heated toilet. The staff were welcoming and kindly shared their knowledge of the city and taught us how to properly navigate the city's bus routes. One feature we can't forget is the exceptional hot-tub on the balcony that we soaked in while looking over the stunning city views.
We were disappointed when we found out they weren't serving breakfast or dinner, but the staff quickly directed us to some local restaurants. While language barriers were present, the staff still made sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

I had a great time at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with modern amenities mixed with traditional decor. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including the elegant Onsen. The staff was friendly and solicitous, always ready to help. Additionally, the location was perfect, and I found a beautiful hiking trail near the hotel.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel location was magnificent, surrounded by nature. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they had a hot spring that was pleasing to the eye and relaxing. The room was fantastically clean, and the toilet technology was amazing.
The hotel did not offer dinner or breakfast options, and there were no restaurants or stores nearby. The language barrier was an issue as well since the staff spoke little English.
